Privacy notice
Effective September 16, 2026
Dialed Smart pay uses account information such as your name, email address, password hash, membership status, subscription price, billing dates, and invoice records to operate the member portal. The administrator may keep private customer-service notes. These notes are not displayed to other customers.
Stripe collects payment details and processes recurring payments. The portal stores Stripe customer, subscription, and invoice references; it does not store your full card number or CVC. Hostinger hosts the website and database. Resend processes transactional emails such as approval links, billing updates, cancellations, and password resets. Telegram processes information under its own policies when you use its service.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your name, verified email address, and Google account identifier to create or connect your account. We do not request Gmail, Drive, or contacts access. A short-lived security cookie protects sign-in.
Necessary session cookies keep you signed in. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request information, and logs to operate and protect the service. Information is shared with the service providers needed to deliver these functions and may be disclosed when required by law.
Account and billing records are retained as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete account or invoice records. Contact dialeddev@pm.me to request access, corrections, or deletion; some records may need to be retained.
The application uses HTTPS, hashed passwords, and account-based access controls. No service can promise absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Contact dialeddev@pm.me with privacy questions. Material changes to these practices should be communicated before taking effect.
